The state of Vermont is one of the states located in New England at the northeast of the United States. Though the state is the second least populated in the country it does have a lot of tourism, especially in the winter. The climate in the state of Vermont is usually humid continental with some areas bordering alpine. Some areas tend to get a lot more snow than others and while the state does not usually get too hot during the summer back in 1911 the temperatures reached 105 degrees Fahrenheit (41 Celsius). Vermont weather is more likely to be cold and snowy than hot. The lowest temperature ever recorded in the state of Vermont happened in 1933 and it was -50 Fahrenheit (-46 Celsius).
